Matthew is a compassionate and creative young boy. He enjoys riding his bike and building Legos. He loves to race with his friends when he goes to the park and is always trying to get faster.
Matthew's favorite part of school is lunchtime because he loves to eat. His favorite foods are carrots, noodles, and meatball subs.
When Matthew is not outside, he likes to watch TV shows like Craig of the Creek. He enjoys watching soccer and said that he does not pick sides because he thinks everyone deserves to be cheered for.
Matthew will need a family where he will feel heard and has some freedom of choice. When he feels safe and secure, he is kind and thoughtful and he likes to play games and have fun. Matthew loves to learning new things and showing others what he is learning.
Matthew will do well in a family setting where the parents are trauma-informed and have expireance with youth who have learning needs. Matthew would thrive in a family that works to understand him and interact with him in ways that work best for him, with a kind tone and clear expectations. Matthew would do best with a two-parent household with no children, or siblings that were much older, as he does well with a lot of attention.
