Sam is a fun, imaginative and animated teen. He likes to connect with people and has a positive attitude that will put a smile on your face. If Sam could choose any activity, it would be playing a board game, using creativity to build something, or taking a walk-in nature.

Sam's perfect day would be spent with his forever family at the Great Wolf' Lodge waterpark. He enjoys putting Legos together, playing basketball and football, watching movies. Sam hopes to become a chef because he likes cooking for others.

Sam bonds easily with his caregivers and responds well with a consistent schedule with clear expectations. He would do best in a two-parent home with older or no siblings.
