Most people first notice Ava’s deep brown eyes or her infectious smile that draws you into her world.  Ava is working on core strength and mobility by rolling around on the floor or in her pack-n-play.  Ava likes to move and will often be found fiddling with her toes or showing off her big stretches that help keep her muscles tone. Ave sits upright with the help of her stylish 5-point harnessed bean bag chair and watches television or others in the room.  Ava’s favorite toys include visual activities that involve looking at shapes, shadows and colors.

This sweet and loving toddler is hoping to join a family that can provide her with the care and commitment she needs. Ava will do best in a family that has experience caring for children with complex medical and developmental needs. The family should be open to ongoing training and working with others to ensure appropriate care.  Ava responds well to others who are soft spoken, patient, and gentle. Any family make up will work for Ava, but keeping her medical team in Phoenix is important for her care.
