Jacorey loves to play outdoors, sometimes pretending he is one of his favorite superheroes or one of the Ninja Turtles! He brings a bit of Clark Kent with his glasses, which Jacorey likes to wear because, he says, “they make me very handsome.” Jacorey also has a great imagination and enjoys creative, arts based activities including making paper airplanes, coloring pictures, painting and building things with his Lego blocks. He enjoys going to school and attends special education classes.
One of Jacorey’s wishes is to have a scooter or a bike that he could ride to the zoo or the park. He would especially like to have siblings to ride with, who are near his age or even a bit older. Jacorey’s favorite foods are pizza, granola bars and fruit snacks. He’s also been known to have a sweet tooth for cookies!
Jacorey says he would like to take karate lessons; he would like to be a karate teacher when he grows up. And the discipline that comes with martial arts training could help Jacorey remember boundaries during play, so he doesn’t get too rough when he is having fun.
As many boys his age, Jacorey needs reminders on good hygiene. He also needs a family who will help him connect with his culture and heritage
Jacorey was born in 2009.
